Our fee structure is tailored to the complexity of your search criteria, the type of property, and its location, ensuring a transparent and fair pricing approach that suits your specific needs.
To begin your property search, we require a $5,000 upfront fee, which is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with a purchase. This ensures we can dedicate our resources to finding the best property for you. The remainder of the fixed-fee is agreed upon upfront, and only payable upon successful completion of a purchase. It is typically between 1.7% – 1.9% of the property price. This structure ensures our team is fully committed to finding you the best deal while maintaining complete transparency in our pricing.
